MANAGING CONSULTANT (FINANCE)
As Managing Consultant Financials, you will be continuously engaged in improving the current process and involved in supporting change management activities. You will see yourself as the link between the end users and the implementation team, having a complete understanding of your function and users.
Things you will be doing as Managing Consultant Finance:
- Design and articulate customer requirements as per the functionalities available in SAP financials
- Promote the use of SAP and drive adherence to standard procedures & processes
- Support SAP Projects (designing, configuring, writing technical specifications, functional testing, integration testing) in cooperation with the local IT support team, power users and implementation team
- Responsible for maintaining an effective communication between client implementation team and internal consulting teams
- Assistance in developing effective training plans of Key-Users and End-Users
- Responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders to update SOPs (where needed)
- Ensuring the compliance of documentation and ensuring the implementation of the processes in accordance with the SOPs and SAP’s best practices
- Trainings and coaching of the module team falling under the umbrella of SAP financials
- Development of business work instructions, process documentation, SOPs, end user documentation, training material, translations, functional & technical specifications and other localizations within the process area
- Responsible to cater all reporting requirements of relevant department and also KPI needed for dashboards where needed
- Responsible for assistance in Sign Off BPD ( Business Processes Documents ) of financial Modules
- Participate in cross divisional and subsequent implementations of SAP and execute project tasks as require
What we are looking for in you?
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree from any accredited local or foreign institute
- SAP FI or CO certification
- Hands-on and proven SAP S/4HANA support and implementation experience
- Clear understanding of Finance and Costing business operations
- Experience within FMCG, Automotive and Textile sector would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of FI-CO experience either as an implementation consultant or power user with configuration experience.
