Job Summary:
As an SAP Basis Intern, you will work closely with our experienced SAP Basis team, gaining hands-on experience in managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure of SAP systems. This internship program provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in SAP Basis administration while working on real-world projects. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and exposure to different aspects of SAP Basis, preparing you for a successful career in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PRIVATE CLOUD, SAP PUBLIC CLOUD, RISE WITH SAP, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Solution Manager. Integration that includes CPI, BTP, SAC, ARIBA.and other Middlewares.
• Support the team in performing system upgrades, patch applications, and system copies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to SAP Basis components, such as database, application servers, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize system performance, implement best practices, and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of SAP security policies, user access controls, and authorization management.
• Support the team in managing system transports, system landscape configuration, and system integration activities.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new SAP Basis functionalities, enhancements, or system changes.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing activities to ensure proper documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Basis administration and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams, to address system-related challenges and implement solutions.
  
  Qualifications:
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest and passion for SAP Basis administration, with a desire to build a career in this field.
• Basic understanding of SAP architecture, components, and landscape concepts.
• Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS), such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or SAP HANA.
• Proficiency in operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux/Unix.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and business processes.
• SAP certifications or prior experience in SAP Basis administration will be considered a plus.
