We are seeking a dynamic HCM Track Lead with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Consultancy, including multiple end-to-end HCM implementations, and distinct expertise in SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate possesses:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in consultancy industry.
- A demonstrated history of leading and successfully delivering SAP HCM projects, with a strong emphasis on HXM principles and integration.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and SF configuration, coupled with an ability to enhance user interfaces and elevate employee engagement.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot intricate technical challenges, delivering innovative solutions to optimize system functionality and employee satisfaction.
