SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Employee Central solutions to manage core HR processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Employee Central implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Manage data migration from legacy HR systems to Employee Central.
- Configure core HR processes such as organizational management, employee data, workflows, and approvals.
- Integrate Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
- Provide guidance and support to business users and junior consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality standards.
Professional Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC consultancy experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end EC implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Employee Central configuration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken) is required.
