SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SLcM (Student Lifecycle Management) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP SLcM Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for leading the implementation of SAP SLcM solutions at universities and educational institutions. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, configuring SAP SLcM modules, and ensuring successful project delivery within the higher education sector. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored SAP SLcM solutions that optimize student lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP SLcM solutions at universities and educational institutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct workshops and requirements gathering sessions with university stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate them into SAP SLcM configurations.
• Configure and customize SAP SLcM modules, including Student Lifecycle Management, Academic Structure, Student Administration, and Student Accounting, to meet the specific needs of each university.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Provide guidance and support to university staff during system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing phases, ensuring the quality of SAP SLcM implementations.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate university staff on SAP SLcM functionality, processes, and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SLcM implementations, addressing any issues or challenges that arise post-implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SLcM trends, technologies, and industry developments to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Document system configurations, processes, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SLcM implementations and support, preferably within the higher education sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SLcM modules, including Student Lifecycle Management, Academic Structure, Student Administration, and Student Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP SLcM configuration and customization, including a basic understanding of HCM module.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business requirements.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and project teams.
• Experience working in an agile environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
